aaron metz – president
Prior to founding Archer Property, Mr. Metz placed private equity through the acquisition of institutional quality real estate across the United States. In this role, Mr. Metz sourced deals, negotiated with sellers, managed financial, physical and legal due diligence, and ultimately closed transactions. During his time in charge of building this private portfolio, it grew to over 90 properties comprising 8 million square feet and totaling $1.8 billion in value.
Aaron studied at the University of Denver where he received his BA in Finance and Marketing from the Daniels College of Business in 2001 and his Law Degree from the Sturm College of Law in 2007. Since beginning his career in commercial real estate in 2001, Aaron has gained vast experience in acquisitions, leasing, property management, development and construction management.
